Paper products

It is primarily used in liquid detergents and mainstream personal care products; film-based materials are mainly employed in mid- to high-end daily chemical products. Currently, mainstream personal care products and household liquid detergents account for a significant share of the market, thus resulting in greater use of paper-based materials.

Thin-film type

Commonly used materials include PE, PP, PVC, and several other synthetic materials. Film materials typically come in three main types: white, matte, and transparent. Since film materials do not have particularly good printability, they are usually subjected to corona treatment or coated on their surface to enhance their printability. To prevent certain film materials from deforming or tearing during printing and labeling processes, some materials undergo directional treatment—either uniaxial or biaxial stretching. For example, BOPP material that has undergone biaxial stretching is widely used for applications such as glossy writing paper, offset-printed labels, multi-purpose label stock, information labels, barcode-printing labels, and is especially well-suited for high-speed laser printing as well as inkjet printing.

Thermal transfer paper adhesive labels are suitable for printing labels using microwave ovens, weighing scales, and computer printers.

Removable adhesive labels are available in materials such as coated paper, mirror-coated paper, PE (polyethylene), PP (polypropylene), and PET (polyester). After removing the adhesive label, no residue is left behind on the product surface.

They are particularly well-suited for information labels on beer bottles, tableware, fruits, and other products. After being washed with water, the labels leave no residual adhesive marks.

Chemically synthesized PE adhesive labels are available in transparent, glossy milky white, and matte milky white finishes. These labels offer excellent resistance to water, oils, and chemicals—making them ideal for product labeling on bathroom supplies, cosmetics, and other squeeze-type packaging.
